These Terms apply to your use of the Colonnademeadow website and any service, booking or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are intended for adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you confirm that this applies to you. We may ask for photographic identification upon arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation.
• Prices are shown in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be extra.
• A valid credit card is needed to guarantee a reservation. Full payment is collected on departure unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows are charged the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

5. Conduct of guests

We reserve the right to refuse service or end a stay where a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, fails to comply with our gaming rules, or otherwise breaches reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our property is regulated by International law and is offered only to guests aged 18 and over. We promote responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits can be arranged at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We take all reasonable care to provide a safe environment. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We are not responsible for valuables that are not deposited in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Colonnademeadow or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

9. External links

This website may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
